Farm Club Planting Tea Party: Three Sisters

  • Silverbrook Manor 2728 U.S. 44 Millbrook, NY, 12545 United States (map)

A Members-Only Gathering

An afternoon of planting, tea, and shared rhythm.

We’ll gather in the field to explore the Three Sisters—corn, beans, and squash—an Indigenous planting tradition rooted in balance, care, and mutual support. Together, we’ll learn both traditional methods and modern variations, then plant side by side.

This is a hands-on, kid-friendly tea party for moving, tasting, and growing.

What we’ll do

  • Plan and plant the Three Sisters together in the field

  • Learn how each plant supports the others

  • Explore simple ways to recreate this at home

  • Contribute to a shared bed we’ll tend through the season

Tea & Table

A light, seasonal tea service with herbal infusions and something sweet served among flowers, soil, and sunlight.

As the Silverbrook Farm Club, you are welcome to return whenever you’d like to care for it until when the time is right for us to harvest it together.

This is PYI / DYI—a living experience that unfolds over time.
