Forage & Blend is a 3-hour private experience where guests explore the living landscape of Silverbrook Manor alongside world-renowned sensory designer Mindy Yang. Discover aromatic plants, flowers, and natural materials while learning how scent emerges from place, season, and perception.
This experience begins outdoors, moving slowly across fields, gardens, and forest edges in guided observation and conversation. Guests gather inspiration from the land before transitioning into the historic manor house, where the walk evolves into tangible creation.
Inside the atelier, each guest composes a personal fragrance using a curated palette of professional perfumery materials, guided by impressions formed during the walk. The experience concludes with light refreshments and quiet reflection within the manor and a finished perfume to carry home.
Intimate, seasonal, and limited in availability, Forage & Blend offers a rare opportunity to encounter fragrance as landscape, craft, and memory.
For many guests, the atelier becomes an introduction to the broader creative and agricultural life of Silverbrook Manor. Those wishing to remain connected may later explore Farm Club, a small, seasonal community that participates in harvest moments, gatherings, and creative sessions across the estate.

It's a chance to walk the grounds with us, to understand what is being grown here, both in the earth and beyond it.
Guests will be led through the property, with reflections on our regenerative approach and the experiences taking form for the season ahead.
We will introduce the Silverbrook Farm Club, our membership offering first access to PYO produce, private gatherings, including Forage & Blend, sensory training and wellness programs, forest bath & tea sessions, planting days, and seasonal salons designed around the rhythm of the land.
